Very committed to employee development, excellent benefits, listens to employees. Leading edge in the industry, Great people and for the most part great senior leaders. Awesome company to work for. Will promote within. Blends new knowledge and talent with seasoned employees with seniority for a win/win!

Cons

You really need to be committed to the job, often longer than average work hours. Depending on the role, expectations outside of your normal day. Unfortunately Closed Canada operation.

Cons

Limited cross-functional opportunities for field sales staff who do not want to relocate to Grand Rapids Michigan or another major sales market.
