Steelcase interview questions

it was a super smooth process. starts off with a human resource call, then a interview with the managers and the entire process takes a little over a couple weeks.

Very long interviewing process, There were different interviews (phone interview, HR, direct manager, manager of the direct manager) plus a personality test. It was time consuming and I don't feel that I've actually learned very much about them until maybe the third interview. The discussion with the HR lady was completely scripted and she was handling the agenda just asking the questions she had prepared. Did not have enough time to ask my own questions. The process took more than 3 months in total, it was going well and I had already made plans then all of a sudden I was GHOSTED :). I didn't want to push so I waited and finally e-mailed them to which they replied saying they've moved on with another candidate... I`m wondering if they would have had the human decency to let me know if I haven't reached out first. It all came as a surprise since things were going well and they even told me the estimated starting date... so yeah... I do not recommend wasting your time with them unless you really don't have any better options. It was a disappointing experience for me.
