      Very smart, competent, capable staff - truly the cream of the crop from a skill set. High initiative, high integrity, and high standards expected and given.

      Cons

      Limited cross-functional opportunities for field sales staff who do not want to relocate to Grand Rapids Michigan or another major sales market.
