I worked at Statflo full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Fair pay, mature management, great face values

    Cons

HIGH turnover, and despite claiming they focus on quantitative data, it’s mostly qualitative., of very inclusive. Upper management is mostly 1 face (maybe 1 exception) and they have a hard time retaining diverse staff.

I have been working at Statflo full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Great culture and people to work with

    Cons

As a startup you wear multiple hats which is a pro. Had nothing for cons.

I have been working at Statflo full-time for less than a year

    Pros

-Amazing team, considerate management -All important decisions and policy changes are implemented after consulting all team members - Personal career growth is constantly encouraged by co-workers and managers - Open work culture, everyone is ready to jump in and help you with a smile - Equal emphasis on results, efforts, accountability, and learnings - Awesome work-life balance - Great benefits, unlimited sick leaves and flexible work schedules - No micromanagement, everyone is given the complete space and freedom to work on their own terms

    Cons

It's a typical dynamic start-up environment where lots of processes are still in the development phase; great for self-starters but might not be suitable for those looking to work at a completely established company with binary job responsibilities.

I have been working at Statflo full-time for less than a year

    Pros

People at Statflo are incredibly dedicated to their respective roles and enjoy working collaboratively. This is a small team committed to doing what's best for customers, solving problems quickly, and tackling big challenges to continuously improve the product and company. There is A LOT of work to be done as a result of big goals and high expectations, but this is a place where you have plenty of opportunity to learn, grow, and demonstrate what you can bring to the table. You are expected to contribute and voice your opinions from the get-go, which can be a bit daunting, but also helps you learn faster. There is no such thing as a slow day at Statflo so it's not for the faint of heart! :) Management truly cares about what each employee thinks and does their best to set each person up for success. They invest time and resources towards fostering internal talent which is extremely rare.

    Cons

As a start-up, there are still many growing pains and ambiguity around how things should be done, but everyone is eager to roll up their sleeves and work through the difficulties together. Sometimes working "too" collaboratively (e.g. too many opinions, group meetings) can slow down the process of getting things done and making decisions. It's hard to find the perfect balance of independent and collaborative work so it's an aspect that can be improved. Work/life balance can be a challenge as there is so much to do...but this may be attributed to working from home during the pandemic. It seems that a lot of people work very late or over weekends to get things done.

I have been working at Statflo full-time for less than a year

    Pros

People is Statflo's strength. Our team is made of smart individuals who create a stimulating environment while genuinely enjoying hanging out together (yes - we organize lots of social activities). This is a company that looks for go-getters. There is plenty of interesting work to do, you just have to put your hand up.

    Cons

We are getting ready to scale and, with that, are in the process of designing a lot of our internal processes. There is definitely structure, but this is not a black and white place and you need to be ready to adapt and change all the time.

I worked at Statflo full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Team players in every single department. Everyone is willing to do whatever it takes for the business.

    Cons

New leadership joined and created friction between the business vision versus what the business was selling.

I have been working at Statflo full-time for less than a year

    Pros

The people are amazing. Everyone is willing to work with each other to solve the issues at hand. The company values are always being applied and everyone recognizes when there is hard work being done. There have been a lot of new additions that bring a fresh perspective to the companies objectives and we are continuing to hire. The HR team is great and always looking to make life at Statflo amazing. Benefits are pretty good and our wellness is always being considered. People in other reviews have mentioned Snacks already, but they are refreshed every week and most of the time during the week when they are empty, and there is always a variety and there are healthy choices. The views around the office are great, and the working conditions are clean and open. Everyone gets a Macbook and 2 monitors as work stations, but you are free to work from any of the thinking rooms, bean bag chairs, and couches around the office. I know everyone that reads reviews are wondering what the work from home and sick days are at a company, and at Statflo sick/personal days are unlimited, and although there is no overall work from home policy, you can request it when you need it, without judgment and the "look" from your mangers when you do take it. This allows for trust to be built and people not taking advantage of an open policy.

    Cons

Like any smaller company, there are always challenges, We need more people to complete the projects successfully. You might get some pushback from upper management on certain decisions regarding the projects, but everything can be discussed.
