Everyone is just supportive, encouraging and approachable.
The culture is already amazing and management continuously look for ways to improve it, kudos to that.
There is so much room to grow and learn (professional and personal) AND people/management provides you training and advice to grow.
Work-life balance is great, even when we're WFH there is time to get together
