Great place to start your career where you learn a lot. There is advancement where you grow within the company. The provide high pay and good benefits. Nice people, staffs are friendly and everyone treats each other equally. Good management that are caring and supportive towards their employees. As well as being respectful and appreciative towards their staff. Lots of social events.

Good place to start as the company give opportunities to a lot of people. You can learn a lot technically and personally working there.

Cons

Too much pressure and lack of accountability. A lot of workload and leadership is not always good.
