      Working with cannabis but pretty much it

      Cons

      Poor upper management and ceo - seems like they’re running with no cannabis or dispensary experience. You are left to figure things out yourself. While directors struggle to figure things out, talent leave or are laid off and go off to work at better cannabis companies leaving those left behind with more work.

      communte wasn’t bad, parking was poor

      Cons

      Leadership has sexual relations with subordinates in multiple departments which has lead to promotions and raises. Poor pay for employees not having intercourse. Poor treatment of staff. Toxic work environment, leadership is harsh, critical, and unproductive.
