St. Roch Market Reviews

The two owners have a "good cop, bad cop" situation going on. The "bad cop" is a short-tempered egomaniac. It's" his way or the wrong way" according to him. He runs off talented individuals because of his lack of grace, honesty, and any shred of professionalism. The "good cop" is a tough talker but is reasonable and compassionate. Unfortunately, "good cop" is less involved in day to day operations. So 85% of the time staff and workers have to deal with the bad man. Ugh!

They seem to offer growth opportunities etc upon hiring, and Will is pretty good at making it seem like St Roch will be a perfect fit for your ambitions. Once you get to the promised review and raise period however, they fail to follow through on promises. It also seems like they hire young, ambitious women because they know they won't ask for as much upfront. Slimy cowards, manipulative management and poor business ethics are a few words that come to mind, but if you get what you want in your contract at the start, maybe you won't have an issue.
