      Gimmicky hiring but delayed and unclear pay structure

      They will do all sorts of gimmick to get the job

      Cons

      Once the job is finalized they won't be transparent on the actual pay from vendor. They will hold the money and pay 6 month once as bonus. They won't pay monthly on time. Always delay and won't respond on the bonus payment.

      Once you get a contract with the consulting firm that's well and fair

      Cons

      Please discuss the rate part with the vendor directly, as they say one to you and receive other. There's no transparency, they tend to lure you.
