      Pros

      Great Co-workers. Flex work schedule. Work-life balance.

      Cons

      -High Turnover rate. -No proper training --Gets you assigned to projects almost indiscriminately. - From fully wfh, to 3-2 hybrid, now transitioning to 5 days onsite. -Top management don't seem to trust their employees. -Micromanagement. -Growth opportunities-- not so much. -"learn to multi-task" basically means do everything even without prior experience or training.

      wfh, can stay with family. only needs to be at the office twice per week. not sure by now.

      got laid off but with severance pay.
