Great coworkers, fun environment and culture. I learned so much while working here
Cons
Sprinter is a 24/7 company so I was on call every other week. Put in a lot of 14+ hour days. Resources were not allocated well

They always are working to become better, from more benfits to more pay they are very aggressive about growth as leaders and people
Cons
Lots of changes frequently, more paperwork now due to growth in company size
