      Work almost always guaranteed, friendly management

      Cons

      Driving time between calls not accounted for, making you late for most calls which clients weren't happy about. Extra calls being added to rota during shift meaning sometimes you don't finish until after 10pm despite working from 6am.

      Understaffed and staff concerns not listened to by senior management. Could earn more money stacking shelves locally than this high stress job
