Pros
Very few. Good opportunity to make money if you can tolerate the environment and attitude of management. Staffing is a high intensity job to begin with and you will find little help or relief from management that isn't rude or condescending.
Cons
I wouldn't be surprised if they timed your bathroom breaks. This place will chew you up and spit you out. No loyalty, no trust, just pure grinding at your desk. There is no advancement, but that won't matter since few last more than a few months there. They will fire you if they just plain don't like you so stability isn't fantastic.
