      Very helpful mentors and amazing work

      Pros

      I worked in Spectrum Legal for 1 year and had an amazing experience. I worked on a lot of good matters and had good mentorship from the partners. They were very fair and commended my good work and pointed out my mistakes when I was wrong. They did not micro manage. I had to leave owing to the fact that I wanted to go in-house.

      Cons

      Team members took advantage of the fact that partners do not micro manage.

      Pros

      Have worked there for 3 years and had a fabulous stint. The partners are very helpful and are very knowledgeable. Good team and no unnecessary politics. I was exposed to lots of work and learnt a lot.

      Cons

      We are given lots of opportunities to argue and interact with the clients. Some team players do not take advantage of this.

      Great exposure and independence. Get to take ownership for work given. No micro management.

      Cons

      Pathetic work culture. No work life balance. Abusive partners. High attrition where team is constantly changing. Politics between partners due to which associates suffer. Heavy work load and salary is paid in peanuts. No increment. Constant taunts. Partners gossiping and creating a hostile work environment.
