The company is very interesting for those who have experience and are willing to work hard. There is a corporate university and an opportunity for growth.
Cons
Pay is always on time. Overtime is paid by arrangement. Lots of interesting and ambitious projects. An experienced and young team.

An ideal place to work. - Great people - Interesting projects - Pretty high BIM standards and technological readiness to navigate through the most difficult projects successfully

It can be a little bit tough sometimes on projects with overlapping schedules, but management is always ready to assist
