Different HVAC replacement/renovation projects involve managing the project from the design stage to the completion of construction. The variety of tasks includes contract administration, reviewing shop drawings, design, liaising with different people
Cons
Low salary and benefits, small companies, not friendly management. Mainly, all projects are renovation and replacement.
