The culture is toxic, and finger-pointing, where making a mistake or expressing an opinion (contrary to leadership's opinion) could lose you your job. There is no structure to any roles, and as a result, no career development. Raising an opinion about product issues could also lose you your job. Customer issues/complaints could also lose you your job. Customer churn and lack of sales could also lose you your job (multiple layoffs in one year).
Requests to leadership for better structure, team SOPs have gone ignored, resulting in mismanagement of data and chaotic coordination (lack thereof) between various teams.
Due to the continuous staff turnover, and lack of documentation, you are essentially working in survival mode to do multiple jobs and stay afloat, resulting in long hours of work, texts on vacation etc.
