we were hired through campus selection by this Company with Some fake Advertisement. No Infrastructure level. No Project Training Was there. We were just given Training of different Field In this Company , Employee is sure about his/her Job Profile. Management Decides your Job Profile. if They are Seeking an Employee in Design then they will forcefully switch you from Development to Design. they Will force employee to work with their Policy as they contain the Original Document of Employee as Security Purpose. Employee can be Insulted like a Uneducated person. No Bond agreement copy of Document is provided to Employee as a proof or Security. No Salary slips. No Proper Timing of salary
