1) S360 has a great family-style culture from the top down. For example, we do a Friday Lunch called Frunch where we do weekly shoutouts, breakout sessions, and important company highlights. 2) S360 employees are people who value teamwork. I can't think of a single person who wouldn't help me if I asked. 3) S360 is laser-focused on who our partners are and how we deliver value to them. We don't do shiny objects or what-ifs that make it hard to understand the strategy and direction. This allows us to address the con listed below.
Cons
1) S360 competes with industry giants like Microsoft and Oracle. From a sales perspective, this can be a challenge, as prospects may not be familiar with our brand or might assume we lack the resources of larger companies. However, our focused approach enables us to utilize our resources effectively. While it's true that Microsoft's marketing budget dwarfs our entire company's budget, our strategic focus allows us to deliver exceptional value and service.
