Pros
- Some teammates are helpful and collaborative, except for a few others. - Good environment if you want very very very very fast-paced experience early in your career. did i say very like 4 times??
Cons
- Workload and expectations can be very overwhelming, especially for junior developers. Or on a specific project?? - Role boundaries are unclear—you may be assigned responsibilities outside your job description. You become UI to Dev to QA? - Project management and internal processes feel disorganized at times, making tasks harder than they should be. - Communication between teams and management can be inconsistent. - (Work) balance (life) is difficult during tight deadlines. - Limited transparency regarding long-term career growth and stability.
