Pros

Free food, if that's what you're looking at.

Cons

I worked here for about a year and a half and these are the things I can tell you about this company: 1. In my entire tenure of 1 and a half years there were only handful of client projects in the company. I mention "client projects" because this is given a lot of importance during the performance reviews. Despite of there being no projects (which is actually the management's fault), the employees are questioned about their capabilities to work on one. 2. Due to no external projects, the employees are asked to work on pointless internal projects just to keep them busy. Most often than not, these projects are either closed midway or are scraped after months of effort. 3. Micro management - The Management only focuses on keeping a count of hours spent in the office, work from home taken by the employees. Don't be surprised if you're being monitored even during lunch and snack breaks. 4. Lot of favoritism happens in terms of which employees should work on external projects. 5. Management - They're mostly busy securing their positions in the company and fighting over power. Getting projects is of least priority. Forcing the employees to do certifications and badges is how the company tries to earn points. 6. Firing - As there are very few projects, layoffs are very common, and it can get as brutal as laying people off during the recent COVID 19 phase, which obviously is the worst time to fire. Forget about compensations or 2 months notice periods. 7. Annual Raise - The joining salary will be fine (will get hikes) but later the raises are very small. 8. The employees are constantly forced to like, share and comment on all the posts that are posted on various social media and needless to say the 5 rating positive comments also come from most of the marketing team members to get the rating high. They do what they're asked to but do not fall for it.

Pros

Nothing Good about the company except the CEO sir of the Company. The culture is also not good.

Cons

1.Lot of Politics. 2.They layoff the people without reason with personal grudge. 3. Don't join the company by looking into the positive review those are created by them only they will ask employees to like, share all company related pages. 4.Their is no job security as a reason of COVID-19 they are starting the layoffs. 5.Below is the email that we got in recent times. 6. There is no proper policy some times they wont even allow to serve the notice period as well. 7.Please take previous employee suggestions before joining to this company . 8.CEO sir is very good nice person but at the below level people are not well.
