Many challenges and interesting projects. Very diverse and lots of opportunity to tackle interesting engineering problems. Learn on the job and grow your skill set in a fast paced environment.
Cons
Very demanding working hours (nights, weekends) requiring extreme flexibility and willingness to sacrifice your social and family life. High stress environment with lots of pressure and unknowns.
