Pros

Good exposure to international clients and technically challenging projects. Friendly colleagues, opportunities to learn, and experience across different technologies and industries.

Cons

Career progression and salary growth could be more transparent. Employee experience can depend heavily on the assigned client and project, with limited influence over long-term placement.

Pros

-Work-life balance -Hybrid/remote work possible -Occasional raises of minimum to low percentage (not guaranteed) -Supermarket coupons for one specific chain -Excellent HR -Good office location (Marousi) -Salaries OK for mid/seniors

Cons

-Recent acquisition by large multinational company was done with zero warning or transparency, which has created a large gap of mistrust towards management and dramatically increased employee insecurity. -No opportunities for career advancement (even if one requests them) -Gatekeeping employees' in-company mobility by middle and upper management -Low starting salaries for juniors -Noticeable salary gender gap -Benefits not competitive for the Greek market -Offices are old and need better upkeep and cleaning -Lack of coherency and fulfilling work in many projects, old or new

Pros

Usually good work-life balance and great HR. If you like mediocracy and get a little better than the Greek average salary it's fine but...

Cons

It's a trap for your career! For juniors they get wasted because, the few seniors that can (and want to) guide them are occupied with urgent worthless tasks or they have 5h meetings per day. For the seniors they want to evolve they don't really have the chance to do it and prove their worth, just because they are externals in a project they don't own (like every outsourcing scheme). They are buzzy with the tasks that owners don't want to do!
