The worst management

Pros

The team members are very helpful and accommodate others

Cons

They manipulate the employees to work for them and then terminate them without any concrete reasoning Micromanagement is the biggest issue they have They can't trust their employee with their work They ask you to work overtime and then never pay them back and start giving rubbish reasons that you didn't have work accurately Management keep asking you to complete work by the shortest deadline and if you can't meet them they start saying that you are not capable of doing that Never trust softpers commitments under current management, they are just gonna sugarcoat it first, and then when he is done be ready to be terminated

Pros

I joined Softpers as an Associate 3 years ago. This company helped my career a lot. If you want to join Softpers, you need to work hard and not be lazy. The company pushes you to learn new things and grow. You can move up in your career here. I really respect both co-founders. I learned so much during my time here. They helped me become better than most people in the industry. Thank you Softpers

Cons

The only problem is if you don't want to grow and learn, this isn't the right place for you. You need to be motivated to do well here.

Pros

Salaries are paid on time, which is always a positive. The interview process is straightforward and relatively easy. Previous teams were collaborative, supportive, and helpful, creating a comfortable work environment. However, with the departure of those teams, the cooperative spirit has not yet been rebuilt in the current team.

Cons

The work environment has become toxic due to micromanagement and uncooperative management. HR acts as a middleman, filtering and restricting employee requests, leading to frustration. There’s constant pressure from unrealistic and short time estimations, which affects work-life balance and adds undue stress. The company shows urgency for non-urgent matters, disrupting workflow and making it difficult to focus on actual priorities. Employees are sometimes pinged outside of office hours for trivial issues, adding to the frustration. Clients tend to be unstable with low budgets, impacting job security. The company has unclear client gathering strategies, leading to concerns about long-term employment. The organization is split between two bosses, one of whom manages development operations despite lacking the required skills and experience for this role.
