Work pcs never work and I've been waiting 3 months, without pay, for IT to fix the issue. we don't get paid if we don't work.

Great initiative, has plenty of potential to become a great company
Cons
Cash flow issues which meant getting paid late. Management resort to extreme bullying tactics when staff resign, then look for excuses to not pay what's owed to the employee. I started out very happy, but it became very difficult to work there while feeling threatened and taken for granted. there is no true appreciation of the quality staff they have.
