Pros
- Amazing employees - Good environment - Variability in terms of what jobs you get to do every day - All tools necessary to get a job done - 6 mechanics, 1 customer service representative, 1 manager (So a decently small shop, but i really liked the closeness which you don't get with a big car brand mechanic shop)
Cons
(subjective as the line of work wasn't for me) - Stressful as bolts would strip or break inside of the rims and i'd have the stress of having to drill them out and do the job on time - Some days you'll get a lot of cars, some days almost none - You've got to be quick, sometimes you get big jobs that has to be finished within an almost impossibly short amount of time
