      Fast paced. Not clear career path. Cool projects.

      Pros

      Projects are interesting and there are a lot of smart people trying to do their best. They care about your life outside the “office”. Fully remote company is a bonus these days. They trust you and hour work.

      Cons

      Fast paced projects. If your are not used to it may be very stressful. Career path is not clear so there’s no way to know how you can get a promotion.

      The work and partners are exciting

      the company claims to be a family. however, culture is miserable and hr policies and leadership are a joke. there are favorites and if you're not in the inner circle that travels with the ceo for late night booze filled events, you're treated as trash. the company will be sold off soon so stability isn't there
