Pros

Cons

The culture here is toxic, disrespectful, and completely demoralizing. Employees are treated like slaves rather than professionals. A close-knit group of long-tenured employees (some with over 15 years in the company) controls the environment, creating an unhealthy nexus that blocks fairness and growth. There is excessive micromanagement, including minute-by-minute tracking of laptop activity, which shows a complete lack of trust. Even minor or unintentional mistakes are met with harsh penalties—weekend work is enforced, Saturdays and Sundays are canceled, and approved leaves are revoked. Instead of support or guidance, the approach is purely punitive, making the workplace stressful and oppressive. late salary is inevitable part of company.

Pros

The only pro is learning exactly what kind of company not to work for again.

Cons

2-month notice period: A straight-up trap. They chain even junior employees to a ridiculous notice period. “Automation” in name only: This company throws around buzzwords like “automation” to impress clients and candidates, but internally it’s stuck in the Stone Age manual processes everywhere. It’s a glorified Excel shop. Leadership is a joke: Senior management is clueless, barely articulate, and totally unfit to lead. English communication is a daily struggle for them. Toxic, racist, and deeply political environment: If you aren’t part of their inner circle, you’ll be sidelined no matter how competent you are. Racist undertones are swept under the rug, and HR exists only to protect bad managers. One set of rules for you, another for them: Managers vanish without notice and face zero consequences. But if you take a sick day, be ready for passive-aggressive emails and micromanagement. No innovation, no direction: Career growth? Skill development? Forget it. You’ll waste years learning nothing, doing the same repetitive tasks. Mediocrity is rewarded: The less you question, the more you’re liked. The bar is so low it’s underground.
