Pros
Very dynamic company, high tech Linux SW development with focus on Thin Client technology and cloud computing. Treats people very well and rules for employees and management are the same. Very good work - life balance.
Cons
Typical small company: lower salary for non commissioned employees, advancement is limited, sales staff compensated only by commission. Company expects self training to keep up with current technology without paid for training in outside training courses. Internal training is very good though to make up for it.
