Pros

Friendly, ambitious, and knowledgeable people at the Warsaw plant. Leadership has a clear sense of the end goal and is open to new ideas.

Cons

Onboarding is disorganized with little clarity on expectations. IT is rough. Many new hires seem lost. Work hours are long — evenings and Saturdays are the norm. Tensions occasionally boil over, though understandable given the startup chaos. Not every idea that gains traction is necessarily the right long-term call.

Medical Dental Vacation time Part of a market distribution product

Cons

Extremely toxic leadership Finger pointing and blame by high level leaders Straight up LIES from senior leadership right to your face “Good ole boy” type of company stuck in the 50’s way of doing things

Pros

Depends on departments and people you worked with, there’re some awesome people in the company.

Cons

Always reconstructing or re-organization. Well, let’s get it straightforward, always laying off employees… no future plans, low efficiency, slate definitely maybe looks cooler from outside to the general public, but if you work for the company good luck with that
