      Colleagues were really great, work life balance was good.

      Lacks senior SWE, so building and learning things take more time. Management at top, diverts attention to different products too soon.

      Great place to work with flexible working hours as long as you put in honest hours, respect the freedom given and meet the deadlines.

      Cons

      It's largely work from home, and could get lonely. But that's subjective.
