Pros
The culture at SkipsoLabs rewards those who take initiative. The team are all very friendly and diverse. There is a good level of empathy and understanding throughout the company from top to bottom, people are there to help and there is a great sense of camaraderie.
Cons
The culture is that of a startup/SME. Although there is a positive and flexible work environment, expect a challenge where sometimes you need to go above and beyond for clients on certain projects.

- Service provided is industry agnostic so you are constantly interacting with different types of businesses and roles. - The world of innovation is constantly changing so that means the needs of the technology provided is changing. You get to be a part of that change. - Mostly flat structure which means you can chip in wherever you are interested. - CEO/Co-Founder treats you as an equal
Cons
The company's HQ is in Europe, which means you might have to be more flexible to work with your colleagues on something that interests you. They don't make you work European hours, but if you want to collaborate on something specific because you are interested in it, you will need to put in that extra effort and be flexible
