Toxic and cliquey, staff turnover says a lot Absolutely no flexibility which is unrealistic in this day and age. You feel like you’re not trusted to work from home. Sickness policy is dreadful. Expected to stay late with little to no recognition Severe lack of support from management and if you’re not a favourite you have zero chance of progression here
