Hybrid work option but terrible HR and culture

Pros

Hybrid work Food in the office

Cons

Here’s a grammatically improved and more natural version while preserving your intended meaning: I’ve never seen an HR department this bad in my career. They don’t reply to emails and seem unwilling to understand your concerns. Instead, they simply deny almost every request you make. They also show little respect for different cultures or employees’ individual needs. The company is very old-fashioned and has no interest in improving its processes or overall quality. It feels like working in a prison—you have to clock in and clock out. They also lack professionalism in the office, especially some of the women, who wear gym clothes or cropped tops. If you don’t have to deal with HR, you’ll probably be fine.

more benefits should be introduced and people should be motivated to stay because many people change due to the low salary and lack of benefits

Pros

Overall, the company is quite good from a general perspective. The workload is manageable, and the people are really nice. They also develop their systems in house which is very good.

Cons

The company is definitely in need of a new office, as the current one is quite outdated - especially compared to the offices many companies have in Limassol. Additionally, the benefits are not very competitive by today’s standards.
