some reticence on the part of superiors to change processes and very few (if not none depending on the area where you work) opportunities to move up in your career. Find it difficult in listening to the opinions of “the common worker” in bringing new ideas to the work place.
They’ve been trying to create a more thought of and stepped method of work but they still have a long way to go to make it not stressful to work here.
