Work culture is not good. They think that all the developer work with same speed even you are new in the project. They provide you the project in the middle and expect that you will done it same as previous employee work on the same project. No co-ordination between an PM and developer. Anybody will assign as a PM either he/her have technical knowledge or not. Testing strategy are very bad, the project will assign to any person without giving a knowledge of the work flow.

* No compensate if you are giving extra hours or in weekend * Poor work estimation * Abuse language by higher management * According to them, a software engineer can complete a task in 30 days, same task can be completed in 15 days if done by senior software engineer and Team Lead has magic stick, he can complete same task in 2 days * Many times I had to ask for my salary. They reply why do you need salary. * Parking problem, no space for parking any vehicle * If you left due to salary issue, they send you notice * If you resign, they don't release you easily * No work-life balance * They show them self like they are highly professional, but in real they are not (here professional does not mean higher education, its professional behavior) * Policies can be change on the spot * Management surrounded by buttering people * HR does not know, what is the meaning of HR. If you ask any thing, they reply ask higher management. They don't have any authority
