      Fantastic for experience, fun team culture and lots of autonomy

      Cons

      Hugely KPI Driven and performance-based, which is fine for me but not for everyone. This particular business also used all the excuses under the sun to not pay commissions.

      Colleagues were friendly but thats about it

      Cons

      Rude and patronising management. They were more interested in calling you out on the most ridiculous KPIs known to man. Don't care about your welfare and talk behind your back. Toxic culture
