      Pros

      Great place to work with a laid back vibe but they get the job done to high standard. Honest, hard working, friendly and reliable, work to best practices. Calibre of Engineering team is second to none, one of the best in the country. Focused on their customers and partnerships for the long term, not for quick wins. Agile, innovative and welcome fresh ideas, a company we can all get involved in and have some responsibility to drive things forward together.

      Not real cons, what you see is what you get. If you aren't a fan of office dogs and some banter its probably not the place for you

      Thank you for your comment, it is appreciated. Glad to hear the benefits and training packages were good. The company has invested in ISO which has resulted in additional processes, documentation and management being put into place. The company have also recruited new HR resource and carry out regular reviews to ensure plans agreed for the employee are met and not forgotten. The company also resource projects across several members of the team based on available resource and skill set.
