      Pros

      - Creative independent brand - Great press opportunities - Ok clothing allowance - Most team members are very sweet as individuals

      Cons

      - Some emotionally immature team members / managers / directors - Awful company culture, top to bottom, including regular verbal abuse - Bullying between staff at all levels, from managers to juniors including interns - Worst holiday and lieue day policies I’ve ever heard of in the industry

      It's a small team so you kind of have access to every department

      Cons

      Less then 20 employees. It's a small "family", they have been working there since the beginning and if you're just starting in the industry and don't have much experience they don't believe in what you do. Some of them often blame the youngest employees of things they didn't do.
