      This is the best IT company that I worked for. I'm working here 14 years and happy with our CEO and staff.

      Pros

      You will have the opportunity to work on large-scale projects with leading commercial banks, while also interacting with senior executives and key decision-makers within Nigeria’s banking industry. Work is mostly remote and you don't work in weekends.

      Cons

      You may be required to work under other affiliated companies in Nigeria rather than directly with Simbrella Nigeria. Be prepared for frequent and often lengthy daily meetings, which can extend the workday. Salary reviews are infrequent and may not occur even after several years with the company. Additionally, it is not uncommon to receive work-related calls during late hours of the night for updates.
