Pros
Boss really knows her stuff and values her employees. The work requires your full attention and energy to make and ship quality products. SilverGraphics is an art based fundraising company so fulfilling orders correctly is imperative. Employees work well together and the fast paced environment is supportive. Most employees are full time seasonal and are employed about 16 weeks per year which is a pro for parents with school aged children, musicians and retirees who want to supplement their income.
Cons
If you want permanent full time employment with benefits, this would not be the place for you since jobs are almost exclusively full time seasonal.
