Pros
1) good learning experience on politics of a compnay

1)No vision. Working on same project for the last 5 years. 2)No revenue till now. 3) Highly narrow minded management. 4) No work life balance 5) You will be treated as slaves 6) Won't get hike every year (The guys who have been working since 2012 got a hike in 2016 when the best performing guy left the company ) 7) Won't get minimum respect a person should get. 8) Quarrels with mangers is quiet often 9) Simple example to show: The team next to me worked on a Tape Out for more than a year (worked on the weekends also). After Tapeout one of the team member asked for 10 days leave. Then the reply from the manager was " I have no problem , but you have to apply as PL" (Management forgot that the guy worked on all weekends for last one year and worked on more than 12 hours on a day) 10) Public Holidays for only managers not for all. 11) The guys who has no experience in a domain X can lead that team X. 12) Management enjoys scolding employees in front of peers.
