Culture is fairly toxic, upper management doesn't care about employees or feedback, if you aren't on the right projects you will never get a promotion, raises based on project rather than personal improvement, bonus based on project rather than personal work, say they expect 45 hours a week but if you put in less than 50 you won't be successful
