      5 days work compensate leaves working on saturday

      Cons

      -heavy workload and irrelevant responsiblities (from other departments under same work) on you -bad management, you are on your own -very toxic workplace, bad mouths among colleagues -you will be discriminated if you dont work overtime -no year-end bonus
