Work culture always felt stressful and demotivating. Limited focus on employee growth and technical learning. Employee concerns were not always addressed effectively. High level of micromanagement with a strong emphasis on strict attendance tracking (10AM - 7PM rule). Salary deductions for minor attendance or timing deviations felt disproportionate and created unnecessary stress. The CEO appeared to place significant emphasis on attendance tracking and employee working hours, while outcomes, productivity, and impact seemed to receive comparatively less focus.
