      Shinetech cultivates an open environment. No one shall tell you what to do or not to do, you have the right to do the things you think are good for the development for both yourself and the company. At Shinetech, you are responsible for your own work.

      Cons

      To some extent, the open environment means the lack the standard process. If there is any space for Shinetech to improve, estabshing related standard process would be one of them.
