Exposure to multiple projects in different states. Working on different oil refinery units and working on humongous projects with a mammoth logistics challenge and a mammoth management challenge of leading almost 3000 manpower on turnaround projects within stringent time durations .
Cons
Harsh working conditions in Turnaround projects. Requires physical toil and hardwork to get the desired results within planned duration.
