Tons of at door cancelations that are not compensated for. They remove the session from the data base so not to get into trouble with insurance. They don't care about the employees and say they care about the clients but prove different. They did not pay drivetime at first but then started to pay 2 years later. The have you work full time if there is clients that need hours until it's time to pay you benefits then your dropped back to part time to not have to pay benefits. They do not listen when you ask for more support no matter who you ask t hen act surprised when the overlap and see maladaptive behaviors increase to immediately remove the bt from the case without warning. Then try to have them sign a write up that fully blames the BT.. They don't understand employees who have children and need to take them to Dr appointments or stay home because they were in contact with a positive covid person. They don't supply a reasonable amount of face masks nor hand sanitizer.
