There's a disconnect between employees and upper management that's maintained by middle management. The onsite teams are skeleton crews to increase the bottom line to attempt to get investors, which causes burnout among the employees. The turnover rate here is insane. Despite the blaringly obvious signs that the work environment isn't working, middle management keeps the owners oblivious to their employees' overwhelm and struggle to keep up with the day to day.

Centers are managed by people with very little corporate business experience therefore behavior was often very unprofessional, Leaders make things up as they go. No HR presence for employee issues. Not a great place to work and not great pay.
