Pros
I gained a lot of experience in working with a broad client base which led to learning how to work under (a lot of) pressure. At the time, the agency was relatively small so I also got to do more than my job description and learn how other aspects of marketing and advertising operate. Useful experience in developing soft-skills in terms of problem-solving, communication management with co-workers and making the first step in the Greek job market.
Cons
Disclaimer: This is a past experience and the situation might have changed by today. Consider these comments at your own discretion. Even though the aftermath was positive the mental and psychological effort it took to go through the tasks and everyday work routine was more than a lot. The overall environment was noisy and internal conficts were typical. The ratio between workload and employees was unbalanced. The agency lacked substantial organisation and clear definition of the roles.
